Delete your account

Permanently delete your Child Runway account and the data linked to it.

1. Enter your account email

We’ll email a 6-digit code to prove it’s you. No password needed.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address and account record
  • The device linked to your account and your sign-in sessions
  • The link between your account and your store subscription

Technical logs expire automatically after 30 days, and backups after 35 days. Your child’s progress and stickers were never on our servers; they are removed when you uninstall the app.
